i was granted a late check out the man in the morning harassed me to get out of the room as soon as 10:45 hit i

the kitchenette was not a small counter but a large full space with plenty of cabinets for me to cook

kitchen staff smoked by the door right under our window while we had our child stay with us

noisy laundry carts being rolled into the elevator right outside my for until i complained at 11pm

the kids loved the pool

i like the fact they had a laundry room that you could use.

arrived very early,i'd say about 4-430 am and had informed the desk of this at the time of booking

room is clean gym: despite small but adequate enough pool is great

pool was a little disappointing (very basic in a concrete room) but was clean and open until 11

and constantly restocked), pool has a small good family size with warm water and clean towels, gym room looks good (we didn’t use cause we are into), staff was great, room clean and big,

staff was awesome, they helped with everything, they were kind, everything was super clean, the pool had a perfect temperature and it was super clean, breakfast was the best we ever had in prince

room is very roomy and perfect for a family stay, and having the pool was a great way to relax and swim

the children on the field trip enjoyed having the indoor pool available to them.

kitchenette needed more supplies and the dishes in the cupboard were not clean to start so washed

was directly across from our room so it was a bit noisy with the kids splashing around but they were just having fun

there was never any pool towels, the laundry facilities are broken, the room was extremely hot and i asked for a fan twice (it never

on-site laundry requires coins… tried to get coins from reception but they couldn’t accept interac cash

the kids love to swim and the slide just all around love to come back and the best price

gym had a hodge podge of old equipment, old dirty carpet and ratty yoga mats instead of gym mats

are no bathrooms in the pool area i don't like a duvet on a bed

kitchen fridge made a lot of noise in the room when turn on.

garbage bin in room not adequate for size of kitchen and cooking

didn't like walking to get my phone and hitting my ankle on the bone with a metal bar sticking out, it is bruised and swollen and i can barely walk on it

the night and and several items were taken ,disappointing to wake up to would be nice to have a bar fridge and microwave in the rooms for

no gondola to the casino

the breakfast was delicious and well organized

it had also had a pool, hot tub and gym

we were not informed about the comp breakfast

it’s was a good stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. loved the a/c in the room. good location.

the property isnt all in one easy flow, to go restaurant you need to go out side and same with casino

it would be nice to have better access to the casino

it is very nice inside, stylish and clean. my kids loved the water slide and pool.

about having to limit the pool to 30 so it had to be booked in time slots

really liked the spacious suite with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate king suite with large jacuzzi tub, 2 large screen televisions
