when i checked they were willing to accommodate my request for a late check out (1 hour late) so i could make a web presentation

the room was very clean and spacious

the room that had a kitchenette in it didn't have anything other than the regular rooms

our room was very clean and the kitchenette was a bonus

no plates/cups/utensils in the kitchenette.

the cabin itself was dirty, it had no kitchen supplies in it, even though there was a kitchenette in it

we liked the king size bed and the sink that came with the partial kitchen

we appreciated the free room upgrade that gave us a kitchen

that we've stayed at with nice facilities such as a pool, hot tub, gym, laundry facilities, breakfast included and pet friendly (at no extra charge)

hot tub and gym were accessible via an outdoor corridor, so when we were there (in march) it was necessary to

gym facility was mediocre

we stayed in a suite which had a small kitchen stocked with plates, etc

where very thin had people next door to us they came back to there room after bar hours very loud in there room kept us awake we had to be up at 5:30 am so granddaughter could

water on the pool and hot tub would be good.

there is no breakfast

was no breakfast, you can use your room key every night to buy a beer and get one free in the bar

hot tub and indoor pool were drained

location with lots to do if you like the outdoors--hiking, quad lift ride, pool/hot tubs, zip line

the only view of the lake was the walk to the pool

that was disappointing for the kids

room, pool, hot tub and atmosphere.

pool and room was great

didn't like kids running up and down the hallways all hours of the night, the tub didn't have a working plug

breakfast was very good although not really enough variety for a seven day stay

the breakfast just wasn't what our kids were looking for

the breakfast area was close quarters

additionally the sheets in the bed our kids used were covered in little black dog hairs
