laundry didn't work

laundry room was not working for the entire stay.

no jacuzzi, laundry room was closed. no continental breakfast, just coffee.

the room was big, my kids like it a lot.

( all the queen rooms are situated in the 1 floor) but it was still great, near the pool, that my kids loved so much

we also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, it has a full bar and a great menu with stunning views of the sierra and mt whitney

unfortunately because of the covid-19 restrictions the pool was closed as well as some of the other facilities they offered

loved the layout of the room, the gardens and beautiful flower boxes everywhere, the parking and the on-site restaurant

once got room service they gave us a room at first and a couple was already in there then the second room

no toiletries other than a bar of soap

room terrible, the soap bar was used no body wash and conditioner nothing around the toilet smell so bad

it had a used and wet washcloth with a bar of soap in it

in the area, i will definitely stay again especially because the location is by a park where my kids can play and be ducks and geese

clevand pear tree dumped all it's flowers in the pool, so i had to clean it so my kids can swim comfortably, it was everywhere in the pool area

i told the hotel staff and they took my laundry and washed it in their machines and dried it for me

the pool area not open at night ,

overall i love the kitchen in the room really awesome to see.

for parking an had to park in school lot asked for an iron three times never got one the offered breakfast nasty the three main items

were trails of ants in the kitchen

a kitchen & refridgerator was great especially considering pandemic where eating out at a restaurant
