pool not being opened

kitchen wasn’t supplied with soap, dishwasher detergent or sponge/ towel

we love: the design of the rooms the cleanliness the breakfast the staff the location

the breakfast was terrific, and yes the eggs were extra fluffy

there were crumbs on the kitchen floor by the dishwasher in the corner, ( dirt in the corners of the

smaller pool and gym than expected

at this time as you can imagine kids and i are grumpy tired in annoyed

kids in the room above us using the room as a race track until after ten pm then listening to one

couldn’t watch the basketball tournaments, no movies for the kids to watch

no hot tub or bath tub. bar closed to early.

a lot of kids running around at the reception the laundry room closed because the washing machine is not

clean and comfortable, breakfast good

shower head was lousy....water temperature fluctuated often....breakfast eggs were not good.

like that they have complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool, and laundry facilities

cleanliness, hot breakfast, open pool and hot tub and equally comfortable rooms that were very spacious

the pool didn't have a clock in the room so i got out 10 mins sooner before it closed.

i can’t comment on the pool or workout rooms as we didn’t use them but they looked nice

when we finally got to our room around 7:00 pm, the room was a mess - dirty laundry, garbage in the room, bed not made (no sheets, blanket), vacuum cleaner in the room

first night i was there all my laundry was stolen from dryer, 3rd night my room was broken into and some of my things were stolen

served a tasty breakfast that each of us found something we liked

some technical issues: 1 needed a warning sign to tell me the kitchen sink had a garburator
