organise activities (oil testing) have really good restaurant, our kid was super happy in the kids club and we could enjoy their incredible spa and yoga in the mornings (+) the spa and the kids club are key ingredients for a relaxed stay for the whole family (+) we loved the spa, pool and kids club (+)with incredible views, new and big rooms, perfect service, big and very tasty meals, great kids club and very good spa circuit and indoor pool (-)some driving to get to the next village with restaurant options (10-15 min) - quite a lot of kids (which did not bother us personally but something to be aware (+) the free kids club from 10am until 6pm was also excellent as a family with 2 young children (+) kids loved the cakes, fruit and pancakes as well as the spanish hot chocolate (-) i also found it surprising that kidsclub was for fre only for 2 hours (never seen that before)

incline of hills, we had to take a taxi most of the time with two small kids because the hotel shuttle was very prompt

restaurants weren t open when we wanted to eat there and the shuttle to the beach stopped too early in the evening

a free upgrade to the suite room which was fantastic, alongside some other nice perks including a spa visit

the location is very far away from everything and the shuttle-train takes like 20 minutes to go to the beach so we were booking ubers instead

the shuttlebuss is scary. but nothing else. the complete hotel for a nice vacation.
