that it was avalable for me for early check in.

i switched rooms because there was obviously a family living right across the hall with screaming kids and a whining dog

kids were yelling and stomping above us at 1:30 am and continued even though we called

the staff was friendly the gym was very nice the room was very pleasant

staff very polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar and the chef

gym how close it was to work for me i work out of town i will be a double tree member for

room ,staff, restaurant with fantastic menu, excellent gym with a peloton bike, weights, stretching, nice access to outdoor light and water in that gym

staff, spacious clean facility( great am coffee), excellent dining , really appreciate the gym facilities with peloton bile & outdoor pool

key card consistently had to be reprogrammed and the pool gate entrance key swipe doesn’t work so u have to ask someone to open it up if not got to

laundry or breakfast since the new owners took over

only microwave is in the laundry/vending machines room

kitchen had everything that i needed to cook, which i brought my own cookware cause i didn't know

staff was helpful, kids enjoyed their stay

large parking, super fast check-in and quiet, comfortable and spacious room was all i needed

kids running up and down the hall making all kinds of noise after 10pm

the parking lot is pretty big, so don't worry about it at all

only issue is the breakfast need more variety in general in beagles, green cheese, assorted fruits ect

friendly registration staff, hot breakfast, cleanliness of the room

didn't like the location of the room i got, first floor, next to the laundry room by the entrance

the noise from laundry was as constant as the freeway traffic

desk personnel cleanness in the room the fully stocked kitchen in the room, good size room and amenities

new, extremely comfy beds, nicely equipped kitchen, great employees, wonderful experience.

there were some pool issues so the soccer kids were not able to swim.

we checked in at 11:00 pm and there were kids and people running around to and from the pool making a lot of noise

so comfortable my kids husband and i enjoyed our stay

the sleep number bed hard to adjust, the air condityioner in my room was broken and the coffee bar only offered regular coffee with cream

dave did a great job at the bar at night, the chef made a phenomenal omelette in the morning!

beds, quiet room and the pool was right outside my window but still very peaceful

she often checked on us, she was always friendly to talk to, she gently reminded us of pool or lobby hours and she even offered otter pops for the kids to enjoy

also loved that they kept the available/in-used breakfast food out a few minutes after 9am for those who could not arrive before 9am

glad to see a laundry room open til 12am

was a few things that definitely need improved, like the fact that they say they have laundry ok one washer and one dryer, wow

pool and jacuzzi was murky it definitely could have been cleaned better but that's pretty much my

liked the pool area the workout room and our room
