games in the kids clubs were dirty and broken, and the kids club on the dining-room floor had almost no

the plaza bar is fine when weather is hot but often it was a bit too cool there in the evenings

one and main pool was remodeling and the sport was cold

the outdoor pool was quite cold but so refreshing in the heat

you also get a water bottle everyday in your room and a stocked mini bar at arrival, which is great since tap water isn’t for human consumption
