pool not open

smell people smoking marijuana next door in room i have two kids so pissed me off

this was not ideal when the reason for two rooms was because of the amount of kids we had with us

couldn’t let my kids go outside

no pool, no breakfast

restaurant and bar downstairs

i had arranged a bit of a early check in but didn't see the envelop for me when i went inside tor reception

the charlotte was exceptional from the staff to their restaurant and bar area

bar downstairs was busy during that time

clean, bar on-site, short drive to attractions

complimentary breakfast was not what i expected

to covid a normal breakfast couldn’t be served but was replaced with a breakfast goody bag with a few options

based on size of breakfast area . what was provided was exceptional.

their breakfast bags, coffee, juice are appreciated

rooms had hard wood floors. outdoor pool with beach balls and floats.

however the kids loved the pool

the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was ok they ran out of whole milk

the gym

don't like keep going to to tell them that there is kids running around over my head i had to tell them 3 times before i requested to be

good location, room was clean, breakfast was great, good parking.

breakfast wasn't that great

dried food crumbs in kitchenette, carpet had a raised rip that was a tripping hazard, tub looked

the pool wasn't open. the weather was really nice.

all of the staff were friendly from the housekeeper to the breakfast bar and the check in folks

very nice staff and very nice breakfast buffet.

up all night kids running around the parking lot with cats people checking in at 1:30 making noise children up at five running

the cleanliness was great easy parking like-minded clientele

i like the well-lit parking lot and the lights at the doors

dealers in the parking lot, crazy addicts everywhere, the owner yelled at my husband hey you, what's your room

low price, convenient location, parking place.
