small pool

it was clean and comfortable. breakfast was delicious!

we even enjoyed breakfast one morning

eating area was huge and breakfast was great

the staff was amazing! super helpful! the lady at the breakfast was so sweet and kind too!

there was $0 pet fee!

said no and did not ask a manager unlike the wyndham i stayed in on the way up they waived my pet fee

didn’t feel there was places i could walk to, but they had had shuttle services so not all bad

was displeased with the lady that was monitoring the breakfast bar

gym closed

although the gym was down, the restaurant was down in the elevator was almost down

no wifi as advertised .

didn't like the wifi ... i had to go outside to pick up the wifi.

wifi both days i was at the hotel and no one at the front desk to checkout at 6:15am called and

wifi didnt work

was 5 bars of wifi closer to the office but none towards the back rooms where i was placed

kids had to sleep on the floor

my kids woke up covered in bite marks

they provided a good breakfast. staff was friendly.

the swimming pool was awesome

to covid the pool has a limit of 12 people per one hour session

wash my clothes in the laundry room and the dryer did not work

i liked the view too and the pool was ideal for our young kids

i didn't even have to ask for extra towels when we started heading to the pool

pool and gym were open and laundry facility was open

enjoyed the pool & the welcome drinks & buffet in the evening

wrong with the hotel, just a lot of guest were right at the entry smoking and we had to bring our kids through the cloud of smoke

they charge a non refundable pet fee that is not mentioned anywhere except in their lobby

they do charge a pet fee about $15 for two nights

the hotel has a very nice entrance that is inviting, with coffee, bar like stools and very nice seating

to the fire it was just super it was a nice excellent getaway for the whole family i mean if the kids didn’t wanna play basketball the other ones could enjoy the pool the older kids could hang

and i thank with the breakfast being a sack you should have a better one for kids like some carton milk and maybe donuts

the friendliness of the staff made the stay perfect! especially during breakfast.

pool was on the smaller side could really only fit about 10 people in it and not be smashed in the

pool hours and hot tub very clean and hot great place to
