a time of pandemic, the reassurance of safety and cleanliness much appreciated in room and at pool

helpful with early check in and late check out. the kids loved the pool.

cause we’re so tired from climbing mount adams, but would definitely stay there again and the pool looks great

their fault, but some kid laid a turd in the pool i guess so it was all closed

the room was large & very clean & the breakfast was fantastic the staff was great would definitely stay

the hot tub spa was closed. the booking stated we had a bathtub, but it was only a shower.

beautiful view, fully-equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, very clean.

we were able to have a bit of separation from the kids while sleeping which is great

i comfortably shared a queen with my two small kids at a hotel the night before but the beds at the lodge seemed much smaller

they are very pet friendly and have really nice grounds to enjoy

hotel was great, the staff were friendly and helpful even opening the bar on the evening (4th july) when everywhere else was shut

a bar that served food until 8:00 pm

in we were given a choice of river or town view and were told the river view room bordered the bar next door so we appreciate that and chose the town view

hood river hotel is a great place to stay when taking the kids up mt hood to sled or wine tasting in hood river with a friend

clean with good facilities, and when you book a studio room with kitchen, you get a fully equipped kitchen

ease of check in and check out. the room service was exceptional and the view was terrific.

wifi connection in the rooms is very poor

i know that kids will be kids and they need to burn off energy, but

rooms were very clean and spacious and there was an onsite bar and restaurant

the only disappointment was that the restaurant and bar were closed for the majority of our stay

the hot breakfast was not available during our stay, but i would say that was the only major downside

there was a person yelling for their kids to get something out of the car and when i poked my head outside, they apologized and quieted

complimentary coffee and cookies were a hir with adults and kids respectively
