pool was super clean

the room was clean and large with a balcony overlooking the marina and pool

pool was nice

fun pool, the restaurant on site was a great plus, overall feels like a big win for families

was exceptional the view is beautiful we loved walking down to the harbor and swimming in the pool

breakfast was good, everything was above standard

it was also nice having a free shuttle to/from downtown

there are even some coin operated washer and dryer in case you under packed and need to do laundry

the kids got gifts and everyone was friendly

the kids enjoyed from lots of board games and puzzles in a very cute games corner in the lobby

loved proximity to village green, the great daily breakfast, laundry facilities, pool table & the staff was so friendly

laundry machines on site and a multipurpose room on ground floor

lobby cozy with a little area with a few things for kids to play while parents relax

plus they had free parking and onsite laundry

stayed in an apartment with a kitchen it was just great

comfy, roomy & had little kitchen area which was very useful while traveling. beautiful lay out

we loved being at a motel much like we remembered as kids! would stay there any time!

beds were hard, walls were thin, heard kids bouncing around next door

in the other direction, a small drive, we found mini-golf

the location, the beautiful views of the bay, and the wonderful service we received from the room service crew

spa was not available when i arrived so i missed out on that

room service should have been included in the price

called the spa on sat on extension. left message to call my cell , but i never got a call

pecially the steam room after a long day on the road)

location was perfect,right in downtown and parking on site

bay was right out from our balcony the proximity to bar harbor downtown and acadia np is exceptional

greig, the shuttle driver, was always on hand to drop us off in town or pick us up from a restaurant when

2 nights stay at bayview hotel at bar harbor were really good

free shuttle service to bar harbor locations was very convenient

just beautiful. would recommend to anyone looking up in bar harbor

kids enjoyed the pool

the pool was heated, which was really nice as my kids very much enjoyed it

the location is near a couple of restaurants and mini-golf, close to the park and far from the crowds of bar harbor but close enough to visit

it had fresh paint, good towels, cute bedspread, a well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could ever need for making dinner including can opener, bottle

the little kitchen was well equipped

a problem with this due to the time of year for our visit, but the ac unit only covers the living/kitchen area and the rooms could potentially get pretty warm there is probably something to do

parking was easy

all the kitchen utensils were bagged ready for use so we felt everything was clean and sanitary

misleading about pool and hot tub

cottage was smaller than expected. not much private space. pool was not open.

the outside of the cottages are old, the driveway feels like a lumber road, and the pool is a hole in the ground (note - the property does not claim it has a pool)

pool non functional, and hot tub only for use by two cabins

with a large king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy coastal theme, and an open space for a community fire pit outside, you should stay

one very tiny suggestion would be to sell fabric softener along with the laundry detergent, but that is not a 'don't like' kind of issue
