room service was the only poor experience

9:30 pm the employee at the desk was very friendly warm smile quickly checked us in close, ample parking

inside pool, restaurant, gym, were all closed.

the room had a spa tub, fireplace & 3 large sliding doors to open

and they came right up and fixed it and then in the morning they called me and let me know that breakfast is being served

i enjoyed the breakfast ... cereal, bagels, waffles, (real) orange juice, etc. was well-stocked.

facility (hall, office, breakfast area, room) was immaculate

had to request soap at the front desk and they only had one bar available, which they happily gave us

all the kids screaming down tbe hall at night.

booked a king bed with a pull out sofa as my partner and i were traveling with our kids we figured our daughter would want to sleep in bed with us and our son would be on the sofa
