the beds are hard. the swimming pool is too cold to use.

pool had too much corine in it and all the kids got sick after swimming 10 minutes and then they shut the swimming pool down so they
the breakfast is great. staff is very friendly.
kids running around, have to talk to morning staff to get late check out and then in the morning
i generally do not like a room that is level with the road/parking lot
to covid-19 restrictions, the pool area was closed & the breakfast wasn't as good as i'm sure it would've been

there wasn't any breakfast
very poor pillows. not a large selection of breakfast items.
(that impressed me) breakfast was better than i'd make for my family at home so i was pleased
breakfast was sad. and the deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock.
continental breakfast was lacking. only had bagels and biscuits with gravy.

would be nice to have an indoor pool
beds were super comfortable and the kitchenette was nice to have
the view was incredible and the downstairs bar + grill was an awesome spot too
the food yet the bar could have been a little cheaper but it was delicious!
stayed on an off season so the restaurant and bar were closed, i was disappointed that this was not mentioned on the website

it was warm and cozy with the fireplace and it was nice having a kitchen
the cottage was wonderfully furnished, clean, spacious, good playground for kids.
kitchen was well equipped
no elevator to second floor. small units could use kitchen utensils.
