my kids loved the bunk beds with shades for privacy but to them is was a fun cubby hole

everything, the setting was incredible, great breakfast options, room superb and shower and wifi good

the pool was wonderful, especially on a hot day, and you could order cocktails or fresh juices poolside

pool area is so relaxing i could stay there all day, and there’s even a yoga deck for your own

amazing pool, the bar and breakfast in the little terrasse and the bed that is so comfortable

and quiet location, the property boasts private casitas, a swimming pool, a yoga deck and a bar where you can order excellent italian food

even a little bar and restaurant with great homemade pasta

we see that the pool bar area and other accommodations were lovely

we have three kids under 8 & they were having difficulty adjusting to the heat ( we came from canadian winter

pools are great for both adults and kids

the pool for the kids was great, we had the room right by the pool so perfect and there is shade there in the

staff very helpful and did my laundry quickly

the kids loved playing in the pool, and the hotel was really well situated for exploring montezuma

the room close to the share kitchen is very noisy early in the morning so not good!

musty, the blankets on the beds we're dirty and stained,the ac unit didn't work very well and the wifi was just terrible

there is a tide pool in the backyard that is like having your own private spa as the waves crash over into the pool

we had what we needed to cook our meals, the internet was steady, the parking was easy, stores for basics are close by

the cabins were exactly what we needed: room for the whole family and a kitchen below to feed the kids

th our 2 kids) really loved the place and animals

parking, very small place, expensive, we were charged 11% of taxes plus the already 13%, ended up

was there while i stayed at the hotel so i was not able to have drinks or enjoy it my self at the pool

the pool was very nice and we really appreciated the secure parking

although there was only a tico breakfast available in the morning the dinner options were good and the steak meal was generous

there are 3 pools to pick from on the property, all are clean and have nice sun bathing areas near them

a restaurant inside the hotel, really good, best staff they had a gaming room very good and full breakfast

the staff were exceptional, the breakfast and food in the restaurant excellent and lovely clean pool and bar

the only positive points are : the swimming pool, warm and quite big, the wifi which is working well, and i had a good dinner for reasonable price at the adjacent restaurant
