is great place to get away with kids. brilliant choice for kids dinner menu

pool/gym/spa not open until 9am on saturday. signage on stairwells somewhat confusing.

say about this hotel at all, only slight negative is our leisurely morning swim was over run with kids swimming lessons

staff at reception, bar, breakfast room and hair salon were warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome

hotel , food is fantastic rooms are lovely and the staff are amazing expecially brenda from the bar such a gorgeous energetic young

particularly poor neither of my phones had any signal to the point where i couldnt even call my kids to say goodnight

everything was perfect. check in, room, breakfasts, dinner. enjoyed the spa suite a lot too.

the outside spa was absolutely amazing

the hotel has a restaurant and bar so we were able to have dinner and breakfast from there

the bar staff and breakfast staff on sunday morning were also very kind and showed so much generosity

dinning facilities would highly recommend the steak loads of parking in the rear and breakfast was

public areas including bar and restaurant excellent, room looked slightly tired.

despite the room's shortcomings the bar and food were excellent and well run by great friendly staff

wifi non existent, added to poor mobile signal makes for a disaster

at the cottages located on the property and not in the castle grounds- there was limited to no wifi connection

breakfast was great and staff very helpful

we didnt manage breakfast we had to go get kids picked up but tea and coffee were still on offer and a load of fresh fruit on the side to take

it has a fantastic bar and restaurant serving excellent food

noisy at 2am with customers leaving main street, also i should imagine the rooms nearer the main bar could hear the music from the stage and rue bar a lot

at rue and kirk welcomed us and seated is at our table in the bar, decided to stay here based on friendliness of staff, was welcomed by kirk again at check in

lots to do. the bar the nightclub. the restaurant. great room and great bed.

unfortunately the sports bar was undergoing renovations during my visit, but good to see there is constant improvement going

unfortunately no wifi in our room, not ideal when travelling with 3 kids.
