was feeling a little unwell for my restaurant dinner one evening so ordered room service

service at the bar very slow, bar staff chatting to each other

not use the swimming pool robe after check out at noon so had to leave the pool early as we had not taken out own towels

there are no restrictions in place on where the children can swim and the hotel has a kids club (although

pool was under renovation and very noisy with workers all day we were not told this when booking

the spa was fun but ve ry noisy.
