hotel room was very spacious and ideal for travelling with kids

was nice but slow and no one offered extra juice for kids or coffee toast that was a let

pool which would have been ideal for the kids but it’s understandable given they are only open for a certain period during the year

buffet was very limited forthwith kids though could be due to recent reopening after covid restrictions

the kids would like a bigger breakfast menu e.g. pancakes

some bar staff down below were not very pleasant but not applicable to the apartments

above or near a pub before i booked so i knew there would be some noise, i was travelling with kids but it wasn’t a problem, it was closed when it was supposed to be, it was cool

of the bar staff was a little rude but others went above and beyond so it made up for the

aware there is limited car parking at the rear of the hotel, apart from that there was little we din't like about

we ordered breakfast in the bedroom which the kids requested and it was a fabulous spread with great choice to suit all tastes

there is an indoor pool but its not that grand, though it was a good swim

wifi wasn't working but maybe that was a bonus in other ways would not make connection even though

wifi connection, staff and security.

even the laundry girls along the corridors are consistently sweet & smiling ud83dude03, despite their

using the pool and the gym was great, staff were very helpful as well

free wifi is great and a deal chooser for me when booking anywhere

the majority of our stay, but the lovely staff showered us with complimentary drinks, breakfast & spa passes (where there was working hot water) (+) we didn't use the spa but it looked very nice and would definitely come back (+) spa also on the premises which was also excellent value (+) the spa which is new was an extra amazing addition to an already exceptional hotel, we were lucky to (+)really enjoyed our stay, hotel and spa were beautiful (-)only concern was there a camera in the spa in front of the open showers (-)the spa bath tub was faulty (-)add on at 12 per night, the alternative on street paid parking was very limited due to carpark spaces occupied by a training lorry/truck from etb (+) room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable the thermal suite was fabulous i spent two hours here and (+) the spa experience was excellent and very reasonably priced
