i slept thru breakfast, but husband said it was great

no water bottles in room, breakfast was sketchy

rooms were very clean and i loved having a kitchen

staff was great let me do a late check out to schedule time at the pool for my kids.

weren't expecting much because its an older hotel, but our room, the lobby and bar area were absolutely charming and the staff was awesome

we were close enough to everything to walk to the river and shops but tucked away to feel like a spa retreat with the jet tub and the sauna downstairs

breakfast didn't start until 8:00 am which was too late for our plans for the day.

the pool area is great, rooms were clean, we had a blast.

only downfall was a family with 6 kids let them yell and run did report to staff and it was better but parents let them start yelling

which sucks because we had the room with the spa tub and it was very cold to sit in

good location, very nice. the room was compact, but very nice! the spa tub was wonderful.

staff pleasant at check in, clean bathrooms, coffee and tea always avaialable, (and hot cider for kids), very firm bed, plenty of space to hang and dry ski clothes, outdoor deck with mountain views

even though there is no swimming pool, public pool is across the street

we weren’t really there for the pool/hot tub and they are not “spa like”.

i loved the spa tub. i liked how close it was to town. the office was cute

mini golf course that was free with are stay, 18 putting greens with varying difficulties

was a cozy bed and breakfast which was exactly what i was looking for

the pool was closed. the upstairs bedroom in the townhouse was very warm.

activities, food, pool, pool, pool table, live piano and alphorn, everything was great

love the pools, especially the indoor one; kids loved the game room and movie night; breakfast is definitely a highlight, food is delicious

wifi had bit of issues as we were from out of country m, we needed that but apart from that

is located near the end of the main street, quite, clean and well laid out, all rooms have a parking side entry with a balcony to the courtyard, pet friendly with dog areas and disposal

wifi kept going out, staff were quick to reset it!

as a past executive chef i am picky about dining, my compliments to the chef and kitchen staff

the hotel restaurant and bar was very nice and the hotel amenities were comfortable and family friendly
