the pool was closed!

that it was avalable for me for early check in.

i switched rooms because there was obviously a family living right across the hall with screaming kids and a whining dog

kids were yelling and stomping above us at 1:30 am and continued even though we called

the staff was friendly the gym was very nice the room was very pleasant

staff very polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar and the chef

gym how close it was to work for me i work out of town i will be a double tree member for

room ,staff, restaurant with fantastic menu, excellent gym with a peloton bike, weights, stretching, nice access to outdoor light and water in that gym

staff, spacious clean facility( great am coffee), excellent dining , really appreciate the gym facilities with peloton bile & outdoor pool

the big size of the room, the laundry, and the very perfect kitchen facilities

location, cleanliness,affordable,kitchenette, furniture etc etc

great conditions, clean,looks pretty new, nice structure and design, is pretty much like a condo, kitchen, big refrigerator, microwave, wash disher,utensils, pans, coffee maker, etc

the room was large and had a kitchenette, and the staff was superb and so was the breakfast

letting there kids run and jump in pool getto people non parent at pool 12 kids under the age of 14 with i adult

the staff was super nice and helpful and the breakfast had a nice variety of different foods so there was a good amount to choose from

i had to rewash feet and carry my kids to bed

free breakfast, free wifi though it wasn't working the first night and family friendly atmosphere

they have young families that stay there i’m not sure if they are homeless or what but when the kids are jumping off the bed and running pounding on the floor above you this going on for hours

staff were genuinely friendly and attentive and the on site gym was an absolute bonus - really spacious and well equipped

it has a mini bar in the lobby

there were some pool issues so the soccer kids were not able to swim.

bar tender poorly trained, did not have my beer (stella) of choice and informed me

it has a pool and ice machine that both work!

laundry or breakfast since the new owners took over

please keep the laundry room and microwave clean

pool is clean and not freezing cold

key card consistently had to be reprogrammed and the pool gate entrance key swipe doesn’t work so u have to ask someone to open it up if not got to

that the pool wasn t opened.

they told us about the different amenities like the heated pool, bar, and pointed out where the elevators were

free parking, spacious room, cozy.

the shopping center, which has almost everything you need; popular restaurants, a movie theater, gym

pool and hot tub were a plus

breakfast was great every morning we loved all of the options and omelette

pool was not heated so we only swam for 10

pool/spa opens too late (10 am) and i still went to ask the front desk to unlock the gate

the noise from laundry was as constant as the freeway traffic

noisy water pipes, constant none guest ( homeless people) coming in and out sing the laundry room

of toiletries, large screen tv with lots of choices, very friendly staff, delicious variety of breakfast items, great hot tub

breakfast was very good as well with several options for a breakfast meal

the breakfast has enough variety for our picky children and great healthy options

i needed to do laundry and they had a really nice laundry room on my floor

more non pork choices for breakfast.

were very nice and accomodating, pool area was nice, coffee was delicious and whatever the cookie things they put out at night were

bar in lobby area with seating and tv's

clean and relaxing , tv with good movies and shows. pool with jacuzzi. just everything was great

was within the antelope valley mall promenade, walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bar, shopping, nightclubs, gas station and the mall it self

can walking at bar , supermarket , the town is magic , we were just by lyft , the manager excelent and kind person

he told us multiple times not to get the room dirty and then tried to push expensive snacks and laundry on us, which we did not want

billed me for items from the mini bar in my room that i did not take

seemed they were with parents st the bar not hotel guests

laundry requires an app that didn't quite work for me
