03/02/2022 i sent a laundry list of issues online to one of the emails i received from you

convenient and served breakfast and everyone was nice.

the attendant said we were next to the laundry room so they gave us another room

liked it had a laundry room especially since i had to keep washing my uniform for work

is well lit at night room was pretty clean-ish lots of counter space/storage comfortable beds laundry

we used the pool/hot tub for 30 mins before it closed for the night

pool was closed and i wasn't told when i booked the room

the room was spacious and clean. beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

the staff handling the kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors

everything was good! clean room. great food! kids loved the pool.

to covid 19 there was no breakfast and we couldn’t use the pool but they woman at the desk that night was very kind and helpful

pool area needed some tlc but it was all operating which is more than i can say for many

disappointed that there was not a bag provided for garments( which i use for dirty laundry)

had to pay an extra pet fee, found out this hotel now charges extra $20

the hot tub is always my favorite and the pool is always warm too
