com did not notify the hotel about our early check in request so when we called the poor virtual concierge had to rush over to the hotel

could use a microwave and a bigger bar fridge

we didn't know how to get ice, then when we went down to the bar they seemed super confused about why i needed ice but still provided it

we enjoyed the use of the kitchen, the outdoor dining area, etc.

we especially liked the outside fire pit and the possibility to use the kitchen

it was nice to have a full use of the kitchen and common areas

to full functional kitchen to make your own meals

you could shop and cook in the ample kitchen with all the tools and dishes

we had 2 doubles and a sofa bed, but there was still plenty of room for my kids to spread out

we have 3 kids so i stayed with them in the room while my husband had to make 2 trips down from the 3rd floor

choices for breakfast, not much variety, my kids or myself did not eat anything because of the limited options that did not suit

the cleanliness and warmth of the pool, the casino and property were also very clean

did a little homework and found the casino at a better nightly rate than most hotels of lesser class

a map of the area for places to go and eat and went and got 3 decks of cards and gave them to my kids so they can play cards while we were there

that i could not pay for room service with my credit card
