leisure centre, the pool and saunas are very relaxing

had booked early check in at 3 but the room but when we arrived at 3

the view of the mountains covered in snow was amazing, and i had a great breakfast in the morning

swimming pool area was brilliant kids loved it

we got early check in which was fantastic

rooms are freezing, lighting in them is non-existent, my room had no phone or welcome pack with room service menu or wifi code and i also found a used condom on the floor which is

close to everything, plenty of parking and spacious hotel

the wifi could be a lot better

the spa was excellent also

the breakfast was nice and it was in walking distance to everything which was great for the kids

we were staying in the area for a wedding so use of the spa and in-house hairdressers was great

we had kids with us and they were great with them ud83dude0a keep up the good work

and welcoming staff good wifi great food in a welcoming pub/bar with live music john behind that bar went above and beyond

shown to us from siobhan at reception, to simone at front of house, darragh and aoife in the bar and the manager adam, everyone was brilliant

u stay in one of the holiday houses there is no room service and if you want food u have to walk back to the hotel order the food, wait and then

lovely getaway and great for kids

the friendly and obliging staff to the beautiful grounds, from the size of the family room to the pool and last but not least - the amazing breakfast

that you would require all within walking distance even cinema and macdonalds which are great for kids

everything about the hotel been staying there with work on and off through the years then the gym has just made my stay more exciting excellent choice added to

kids running around dining area , very noisy , dangerous too

food in the bar is incredible alongside the great staff who gave the bar a great atmosphere and they make some

almost like done on purpose when everyone was already in bed, woke up and scared my kids

experience from booking, check-in , the room, room service was outstanding

staff were so friendly and professional from the reception to the bar and restaurant

the small gym was well outfitted with machines and weights

the swimming pool and gym were great

i did like breakfast was not included and the gym was a little awkward

pool was great and accessible from each floor on a lift which was handy

the leisure facilities are good but the pool and gym are small

interested in making cocktails than looking after other guests jug's of miwadi drinks for kids

the hotel is a bit upscale with a very nice bar and restaurant

ease of check in and savoy bar was great including the food

the pool is small and the kids weren't too happy but did have the alternative of being allowed to use the jacuzzi which more

room was cosy, small walk down stairs into the bar for dinner where the staff and locals were friendly

persons (early 20's) drinking, shouting, using inproper language, so no dinner for family with kids, we needed find out place for dinner somewhere else

€300 for 1 night b&b for family of 2 adults 2 kids and baby

time as the bar was in full swing and there were a number of families staying there with their kids further reinforcing the family friendly atmosphere

a family friendly hotel,one of the staff told off one of my kids for just sitting at the reception area

i could hear the noise from the bar in the bedroom

food was realy good enjoyed the sports gym swim ect realy clean room grate service

left cards out for room service but they never took it off the door but other than that its a very very nice

wifi was extremely good. breakfast was amazing value!

there is free parking, just swipe your room card to park underground and then take the lift or stairs to go to

fell in love with the place, very peaceful and we had the added bonus of gorgeous weather, the pool and spa area was fantastic, and the food was amazing

there is a wedding it can be noisy outside the rooms in the evening with people talking and kids running around

decided to get room service because of this

kids club available that i wasnt expecting

spa experience and tasty food.

the bar was great with a lovely atmosphere

facilities, gym and swimming pool fantastic staff amazing, always available and present to

area closes to kids at 7, and the room we stayed in was one of the older ones i had stayed in one of the lovely

place to stay for a couple maybe but for kids not great eg at breakfast not much choice for kids the one thing kids like is pancakes and

was a great place and location to stay, not much for kids to around area but we were visiting family so had plenty to do, we would go back again
