be a tight timeline with a 4pm check in, we called ahead asking if they could accommodate an early check in

(-)wifi was horrible at night and completely useless (+) the wifi worked very well as i had to work from the room (+) wifi was good enough for netflix (-) check-in issues: $35 fee for early check-in (even though our room was ready), no info about wifi or breakfast (had to call the desk to ask after we got to our room) (-)could not get my chromebook to connect with the wifi (-)wifi service in room, to the extent that at times it was barely usable (-) wifi did not work at all for me so i had to use the phone internet (-) unusably slow wifi (-) no idea if there was wifi available or not
