negatives were one running machine in a small gym for a very large complex but the main issue was the apartment was dated and the pull out sofa

they have pool spa and gym at multi location also a fire pit for evening

and during the day it was noisy because of construction and at night it was noisy because of the bar downstairs

also they had a $30 pet fee that was not mentioned when i booked the place

the fan motor was on it's last leg, thin walls, could hear the next room making noise, pool and spa were inoperable and lack of outside lighting in that area that leads to the dining/breakfast

the pool was amazing after a long day at the lake it also had grills you can bbq while the kids are in the pool

the front desk staff, sommelier at the wine bar, and bar manager at the main restaurant were all fantastic and went above and beyond

only thing i can moan about which is petty, is the place is huge, and we could not find the pool and hot tub
