very comfortable, hotel next door to train station that helped alot with getting train home with kids, i choose this hotel for the victorian feel which didnt disappoint and price i paid for 5

the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpfull and pleasant, plenty of room for parking, the location was great as well

first we didn't get the room with double bed because of the problem with laundry service, so we slept in a twin room for the first night

& complimentary cans of iron bru, and shortbread biscuits, the hotel had a really nice sports bar attached and a good value restaurant on site, the inclusive breakfast was amazing

we enjoyed the bar and we were able to relax and play pool

staff said was a golf party that was staying the weekend

and the sports bar at hotel was great to such a great hotel with everything you want all there and only a 2 min

we asked for a late check out which they were happy to oblige and was very helpful to us

the staff were really friendly and we love the swimming pool. hope we can come again soon.
