placed off the beaten path, but parking is not at all handy

we encountered little kids running all over the place unattended

the lack of daily service was evident as well on the soles of the spa slippers i always take with me on vacation

the spa tub was not advertised, so it was a good surprise for us

although the room and bath were very clean, in using the spa tub, the jets were not cleaned out

the spa tub was exactly what i was looking for and the room exceeded my expectations

room was huge with a double vanity and spa tub in the bathroom

santa was there on sunday 11/26 and that was a fantastic surprise for our kids

wish would not allow kids in tub after say 7:30 pm hard relax when kids use it like a pool in there back

hotel was awesome but i find the pool to cold and the hot tub had to many kids in it couldn't

nice pool (even though we didn't have time to use it) and great for my son opportunity to make a fire

let us get an early check in when i called so staff was accommodating

the bathroom had a stand-up shower and the spa tub, which was fantastic to sit in after a day of exploring

they could have replaced the coffee and towels for the spa each day.

restaurants and having the mini golf course right on the premises was a huge plus to keep the kids entertained at the end of the day

wonderful and helpful, the room is comfortable and clean,you have inside indoor heated pool, gym, laundry , ice, hot beverages included apple cider and even iced coffee in the lobby afternoon

always very clean, rooms are like your own little apartment complete with mini kitchen

we were able to cook a couple meals in the kitchenette, which was nice as most restaurants in the area are extremely understaffed

connections in the nightstands, rooms are super clean and cutely decorated, each room has a full kitchen

the park was so great for my 2 and 5 year old and the pool was clean and warm

they had any control over, pool felt cold but it was a cooler day so what can anyone really do about that

wish there was a jacuzzi in the pool room

good (skip the steak for sure), but the waitress was very nice and helpful; moved our room due to kids jumping on beds above us for hours but front desk did help with that after second phone call -

families with kids and seniors alike were guests; the hotel caters to all ages

was in a separate building than the spa and pool

they have lounge chairs setting outside overlooking a golf course and a great view of the mountains
