luckily a cleaning staff in the bar could let us out

awful - bombed out all the time in the bar and did not work at all in the room

the beds were extremely comfortable, and rooms clean, food was nice from the bar area.

in the neighbourhood there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants including the bar in the property

hotel didn't seem to have any kind of bar or cafe area, except for its main restaurant which was closed when we arrived (it opened later (+) due to covid-19 situation, the bar and the restaurant of the hotel are closed, but just (-)no bar or restaurant open even though i had specifically booked a hotel with a restaurant (-)restaurant / bar was closed or barely available due to staff holidays, underground car park very tight and dark (-) bar and restaurant closed all weekend in spite of being advertised as being open (-)restaurant and bar closed, without being notified lights missing in hallway and stairs (-)a hotel of this rating, not to have a bar or restaurant is unacceptable

the parking turned out not to be free and wifi was only available at a price.
