flight arrived early the day i booked the room i called the hotel for an early check in the manager told me was

my brother was disabled i asked for a closer room to elevator to eliminate his walking distance shuttle driver was pasco was outstanding and front desk ladies were extremely accommodating during

shuttle was broken but they did pay for a cab but could not pay for an uber/lift etc

nice room just was at the end of the hallway by stairs and laundry room and it was loud

been told that you have to ask for room service

i only had time during my stay to purchase dinner i also ordered drinks at the bar

the staff was underwhelming, and they almost double charged our room service

so they kindly apologize and had the woman in the laundry bring me a fresh towels

were a group of kids staying for a soccer game and were very loud in the room above me

were missing not cleaned to the point that i did not even want to leave my food in there for my kids
