pool/hot tub was not kept up. laundry was broken/out of service.

sign in the pool area says 10:00 am open time but i didn’t notice that it’s 12 noon on the door to the pool

the indoor pool was a pleasant surprise

having to try over and over again to confirm there was an early morning shuttle

we didn't use any of the facilities like the gym or the hot tub so we can't say anything about those
