with a dog to the grand lake/rocky mt national park area this is a convenient spot

availability of kitchen items, microwave and small fridge although we did not use dishes or burner

kitchenette was well stocked for cooking

they accomodated early check in which i greatly appreciated

one of the highlights was the on-site restaurant and bar — the food was excellent and it was so convenient to have such a great dining option right

my two kids were very much looking forward to spending time in the arcade but when we got there, every

family destination, kids loved the suite with the loft, awesome views, kitchenette stocked with the basics

hair dryer didn’t work and pool and outdoor hot tubs were closed.

but were disappointed when we went out during our allotted time and found at least 20 adults and kids were split between the two hot tubs at the same time

we had little kids and it was like 3*3 ft size shower area which is manageable for one person but to bathe little

communication was wonderful. worked with us on early check in and was very accommodating

no room service and nobody told us even though we were calling and waiting over 2 hours

tried calling room service twice for them not to come

the website the facilities included a heated pool and hot tub, neither of which were up and running

indoor pool is perfect if you have kids

also it s a very small gym and a lot of the equipment was not working

breakfast was very good. good variety to chose from. location was close to town and rmnp,

was excellent, pool and spa great, good snacks out for free, a fire ring, and you could make yourself a

fewer kids in the hot tub, maybe. and jets in the leg portion for hikers!

this website, it said that breakfast was included and that they had room service but once we arrived, we realize that the restaurant restaurant was completely shut
