shuttle makes it so easy to get to places you need to go as eureka springs is confusing to drive in

the beds were comfortable, easy wifi access, and large screen tv

recommendation, we had a really hard time trying to order room service from the sky bar pizza place

parking was not great since many people were there for the thanksgiving meal and there was no valet

included breakfast exceeded our expectations

the breakfast was better than expected. the food tasted great and the people were wonderful.

the pool was fantastic and the location was close to everything we wanted to do while in eureka springs

pool was amazing and i loved that they didn’t visit the room every day we only set things out if

we watched a movie while swimming then got out a played a round of miniature golf

the gym and sauna was very well maintained as well

our room was right by the pool and my kids loved being able to play in the yard

i paid for spa room and could not get blowers to work only negative thing on trip.

the spa tub was amazing! the rooms were clean and comfortable.

the king size bed was so comfortable, and let's not forget about the spa tub in the room

get the king room with spa bath everytime we come to town

an old building so you can hear when others are filling their spa tubs and some walking around above you but it's not too bad

everything, the view from top floor room, loved the window in the room overlooking the golf course and the sunrise was breathtaking

we loved looking over the golf course from our room and that our dogs had plenty of room to run at the end of the property by

zero cell service, but available wifi was all we needed

i stayed on the 3rd floor, which is where the laundry room was too so that was nice

staff opened up laundry room for guests' safety and many guests sought safety in the stairwells
