when we went to the spa it would have been nice to have the fireplace on

needed better can opener and spatula some large bowls. kitchen needs more stuff

everything, the spa was perfect, under the sky with fireplace

plenty of rooms, bathrooms were nice, kitchen looks newly renovated

little touches, foremost among those the helpful “ski valets” who offer help booting up the kids in the morning and bagging your skis/kit for safe car side delivery at checkout hour

spa was really, really good

the pool and hot tub was a little plain jane, but it was totally fine. we enjoyed everything.

rooms are huge & beautifully decorated, the bathroom was also huge & well lit, the gym was about the best hotel gym i’ve ever been in, and the location cannot be beat - the main

we loved the room for our large group, and the full kitchen and laundry room was so nice to have

only recommendation would be more kitchen ware

we got everything in our place from kitchen utensils to washing machine and dryer

we were in the “southwest villa” unit which was large with full kitchen, living room, and large bedroom

a retreat for sure - spa was amazing and everyone was so friendly

breakfast and really nice spa robes that you can wear to and from the hot tub

they welcomed us with our small dog for a reasonable extra pet fee

only thing that i can think of is that the breakfast serving area is really small but it was worth the effort

lodge is like a mini resort with a pool and hot tub, laundry, exercise room, satellite tv, large rooms with a balcony or patio, and a large, delicious

laundry facilities

grounds were beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable, it was quiet and the included breakfast was excellent

location food history kitchen staff

i would prefer a more modern room with larger bath, no kitchen, and an easy chair/recliner

kitchen was closed at night

had a full living room, 2 en-suite bedrooms and a full kitchen

desk was usually unattended, even at checkout time (and no manager could be located, even by kitchen staff)

proximity to plaza and the adobe bar and doc martin restaurant!!

sometimes staying at the inn , other times simply enjoying the bar and food

staff were great, the bar and restaurant also great

the restaurant and bar great too

the bar area is fun, the food was good, and we enjoyed good conversations there with other travelers

of the trappings of a typical resort with a definite health spa vibe- but family friendly beautiful grounds, lovely pool and free yoga with a gorgeous view

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to see the car

the handicap room was not accessible from the handicap parking i had to be let in by a staff person it was not an independent moment i saw many other

condition of pool, need a little work on the carpet.

paint peeling from the walls in a few areas grounds and parking full of weeds

is a swimming pool, however it was not clean, it was green and filthy

breakfast was very good. lovely property and landscaping. liked privacy.

with the exception of rosanda in the kitchen there was on around to help or answer questions

we love going to taos, our adult kids had never been so we wanted them to meet us in taos so i booked them a room for 2 nights

close to my friends house, close to restaurants, close to downtown, great staff, good breakfast food and clean seating, clean room and comfortable bed and pillows, safe parking lot

not considerate when asked for a two hour early check in and the size of the complex and the number of guests were limited

no laundry on property

however, the hot tub and pool were closed when we arrived

no laundry facilities. no room service unless you request it.

the best bar tender in town

breakfast was really good

my room was across from the pool and that got a little loud...but no big deal.

i liked the free breakfast.

the gym and pool were in great condition

dirty in hallways gym & hallways not air conditioned - uncomfortable mirror in bathroom too high, magnifying mirror

only suggestion would have a rock path from the parking side to the other side of the rv park

yes it had a small kitchen only that the stove didn’t work at all

the novelty of staying in an rv park.

staff was friendly and location was good. kitchen was well equipped.

each had their own personality, and it was an added bonus that they have a fully functioning kitchen inside
