no vanity sink, only a small stainless steel ‘kitchen’ sink

the kitchen area and bathroom were quite small

was a bit smaller then expected also the kitchenette needs to be updated

laundry is on site and if $2 to wash and $2 to dry there are no machines to buy detergent or

only sink was in mini-kitchen area with no counter space, no towel rack and butted up to microwave/frig unit

laundry room facilities were dirty and having been traveling for 2 weeks, i would have liked to do

i got a free shuttle ride to the train station after my stay

while i was expecting a shuttle to pick me up and it turned out to be late,

cons: the guest laundry was available but actually not working

the breakfast is the best!!

we were so disappointed the gym and pools were closed

jacuzzi did not work, the gym was pathetic with outdated equipment that did not work, and our room smelled like fried food

the pool looked dirty and the pool area smelled fishy.

pool and hot tub was great

breakfast was just ok. they ran out of food each day about an hour to close.

unavailability of the laundry

unfortunately the laundry facilities were not working and the laundromat (within walking distance from hotel) was

available laundry facilities.

the laundry room had been vandalized so was not usable

easy for us with pulling a trailer! had kids with and just felt it was easy and safe.

only reason we paid the extremely high price to stay here was due to the spa and pool

had one issue during our stay there were some kids running up and down the hallway knocking on doors

i was able to get an early check in as a room was available

great value for the price. loved the pool & hot tub.

kids loved the pool, and i liked that it was large enough for lap swimming

the super clean pool area was so fun

big comfortable beds, pool that the kids loved. clean and affordable.

great amenities ie coffee maker, microwave, fridge, pool, great cable

the fitness center was small but nice enough

nothing, besides no pool, use of the gym because of the covid-19...but that's it.

the parking lot is very small so getting out can be a bit of an adventure

i got in late and they let me have a late check out

then they have a sign in the office that's says we must let them know if we have a pet during check in or they charge a $75 fee, but the paper they make you sign says it's a $250 fee

bed was not made, no fresh sheets until i asked, old bar of soap in the shower, and septic tank was full

the kitchen had hardly any silverware

a change over due to covid so they were definitely still working out the kinks in service and kitchen

room ended up being a very comfortable rv trailer with full amenities, including small kitchen with refrig, stove, oven and dishes and small dining table
