there is a guest laundry and a grocery store in the hotel

tokens and washing powder for the laundry were pretty expensive

store opens too late for coffee, laundry tokens etc

no sign for ice machine and laundry machine areas

the laundry on site was a welcome addition

walkable to all the restaurants and the shuttle is useful to go to park and other places

especially liked the location close to the national park, the free shuttle, the comfort of the rooms (including a mini-fridge), the access to prepared food, and the

location and scenery…helpful front desk staff and shuttle drivers — they provided excellent recommendations

the helpful staff, the location, the free shuttle ( which came out of hours to collect us from the park

the denali national park is just for few minutes drive from the hotel, but shuttle service is also available

shuttle van is available but limited times and staff acted as if it were a huge inconvenience

this included the shuttle driver that had no clue what he was doing with luggage on both pick up and drop off

less than 5 minute walk to shops/entertainment/food/grocery(they will shuttle also)

is in an excellent location if you don't have a car and are relying on other properties' free shuttle buses to get you into the park

there was also shuttle service to denali national park

was perfect as did not have a car and this is very central for taking the shuttle to the park

it was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen

staff was very friendly and flexible, we were allowed a late check out and got great recommendations on the area

we found a golf course on our own and restaurant 1 mile away and would of been helpful to know this at check

so is a little golf course and restaurants are in short driving distance

the black diamond golf course restaurant had wonderful food and service

full kitchen, however we were unable to use the oven, think we needed matches

super fresh linens and towels, kitchen, etc

beds were comfortable and large and the kitchen was well equipped

don't miss breakfast and dinner, use the different offers like table games or books at the lodge

great breakfast!! chrissy (chef) does great job and is always friendly, and cheerful

russ the bar man provided lots of alaska bear insights and stories in the bar & christine is so friendly and

friendly staffs. good breakfast
