and the kids enjoyed the pool

the breakfast was complimentary, and that's the best thing i can say about it

breakfast was free, so you can't expect much

we have 4 kids so we did fix most of our meals on the outdated stove

the kids loved going out there each morning and evening to fish

shower curtain was broken & had to mop after shower. pool was working but cold.?

24 hour pool amd has a hot tub by the pool !!

front desk personnel should he more friendly and open to help guest find areas like the guest laundry room etc

staff was very disrespectful and lady was screaming and scaring my kids

and the breakfast options are a nice bonus

breakfast and the pool was not in service hotel under construction on some floors ice machine wasn't

when i first checked in, i asked the guy at the desk if they had a laundry room and he said yes…on the third floor

bar area seemed lively

was not a very well equip handicap room low commode which did not flush properly with no bars for assistance and only 1 bar in bathtub did not considered

the atmosphere, the breakfast the pool so about 95% was impeccable

was zero parking because the parking lot was full of work and construction trucks

there is no wifi and not much for the continental breakfast

very friendly staff great place for the cost close to expressway microwave & fridge in room wifi & cable tv no odor & great working heat/

originally we were offered a ground-floor room so we wouldn't have to lug our stuff and 4 kids very far

she helped me get checked in early with my ihg membership and my daughter left her crocs at the pool and she tried her best to help me find them

he told us everything we needed to know - like bar & restaurant times, etc

& not having access to the pool and gym with our own ck room key

young lady who worked the breakfast was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist
