(+)spa tub is unit, but on its own floor upstairs. that is a good. (+)clean room. great spa tub. (+)the pool and spa was open 24 hours.

she stated i forgot it in my room then proceeded to call me a bit** in front of my kids

wifi was really in and out but not horrible, the pool was out of service due too being under

implementing rules for kids in the pool on the spot that other staff did not know about and were not posted in the pool

the room. was clean and the pool is indoors so swim any time ill tenpm

2nd time there will keep going there breakfast, pool and convenience to the ocean

loved everything about this hotel, we came for a weekend away for my gfs birthday and got the spa room

they kept knocking on our door at 7am :'( that was a huge bummer it being kids and none of the staff kept them from running up and down the hall with a very loud family

two rooms over 6 months ago, so this shouldn't be a surprise we needed adjoining rooms for our kids and us, plus our dog

i didn’t get my key cause the system was down the heater didn’t work so me and my kids were cold

we wanted to take the kids to the ocean for the 4th of july and we were so excited that ocean inn and suites still showed

and it also would easily be removed in the wash which i was under the impression that all the laundry in the room got washed between guests anyway and that there was no permanent damage done to

kids and teenagers in the hotel room next to us were having fight and the police were called, kept

they allowed us to even stay a little past check out to finish our laundry

little playground right next to our unit's backdoor (unit 2) and that was great for the grand kids
