parking was convenient

hotel is behind a tire shop, goat tied to a tire next to parking area

stayed over night, room was clean lobby was clean. breakfast good would stay again.

all went well and the kids loved the pool. the towels are a little thin

a woman guest was smoking outside our room door, overlooking the pool.

the place is centrally located plus, there's a cozy little restaurant in the back of the parking lot (brick's river cafe) next to the medina river (-)parking. when the restaurant was open, it was difficult to get a spot to park. (-)restaurant is very popular with the locals so many of the parking spaces for motel residents get taken up during breakfast and dinner forcing motel patrons (+)was nice and the parking was right outside our room door (+)safe parking , close to downtown . (+)the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast across the parking lot each morning. i was asked if i would be doing the breakfast although it should be available, regardless of what i thought i would do

the bar area was kind of a place to be (i didn’t go) and they mentioned specialty drinks

we were very disappointed the lazy river/pool, bar and grill and the restaurant were all closed!
