spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything you need

were thrilled to find out there were laundry facilities

great views, great wifi, comfy beds, can walk to town, laundry available

beds were super comfortable very clean laundry on site

the pool and gym were closed due to covid19.

lower parking lot has lots more room

wifi was a bit iffy

rooms could use some simple updates, like a small power bar between the beds so more than one thing can be plugged in or to be able to plug in anything

we had hoped to eat at the hotel but he restaurant and bar were closed the evening we were there

the staff were fabulous, free breakfast was excellent and the place was so clean, better than some of the 5 stars we have stayed

if you are a golf lover or just want to enjoy all amenities that naturally pacific offers

kids kinda took over the place but hotel staff was very good with helping keep noise down

instead of a standard hotel room it had a full kitchen, living room and one queen in the bedroom

pool is great, the view is great and the wooden drift wood dino’s in the back are amazing the kids loved watching the ferry unload and

staff accepted my request for an early check in, which made my day so much easier

nice outdoor hot tub ( pool was closed for winter )

we had some rain, and went for a lovely swim in the pool in the rain

ground floor room had direct access to outside (great when with young kids)

we used the fitness several times which was right next door

there is no fitness centre

it creates a spa feeling

no continental breakfast or restaurant, access to fitness facility is awkward

the laundry facilities can only be used between 10am and 5pm, because of noise

it made it difficult for kids to sleep at night

beautifully appointed room in the stunning setting of an island golf resort

the free laundry machine was a valuable perk

very poor for anyone who likes to read, i would also like to see extra towels provided for the spa tub

upscale design of the unit, full kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom

just a motel that had a relaxed atmosphere, and we had a really nice time enjoying their quirky pool and hot tub
