we didn't blame housekeeping because we believe the kids across from us removed the door hanger we had left out on the door to have our room made up

was my first time coming and i absolutely loved it the river walk the adult pool area front desk was very helpful throughout the trip hotel employee upgraded my room

ice machine and laundry room are all housed in one building and the rooms are in another

single ice machine in laundry, inoperative, desk said down for maintenance & they would not be there until after weekend

poop in pool area and all around property as no poop bags available with instructions to pick up after

pet fee could have been revealed before booking a/c was very loud

room containing the spa was a bit stifling

there was both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sauna

they also had the pool open which was great for kids traveling with

had a drug stash there, the drawers had trash inside of them, the floors were so dirty my kids feet were black and the list goes on and on the whole area seems super seedy

the morning manager made a fresh pot of coffee when i came in for breakfast and was very sweet

my 3 kids and myself ended up getting very sick within 2-3 days of leaving the room
