desk man is very kind, room is clean, but breakfast is not special

pool was closed and somebody hit the back bumper of my brand new vehicle and made a 6 x6 inch dent
breakfast and pool is shut down for covid which was not an issue for us
pool was non-operational
no breakfast offered, only coffee
