our kids loved the entire experience, ages 12,11 and 9

washcloths in the room, no room amenities, rooms look like they were designed for college kids, very small, and were not comfortable for anyone over the age of 30, over 6', or over 200 lbs

it was average, just don’t recommend going to the pool with your kids, there was a lot of people drinking in the pool and to hectic

hotel room 512 there was a family with 3 kids yelling and screaming until 12am every day and night

to ditch the cabanas and create space for all hotel guests rather than charge for cabanas - also gym needs towels and cleansing wipes for equipment otherwise decent gym
