like a hidden gem & we loved being able to come back after a busy day & relax by the fabulous pool

building with beautiful grounds and very nice (if slightly chilly) pool

the rooms were very comfy, the pool very

pool eventhough we were told it should be opened in may

garden and swimming pool would be great in summer months

private parking, which is always a bonus

spa facilities are kinda basic but they have everything to relax and enjoy the hotel

the rooms are very clean and the spa facilities are really good, too.

next time we’ll bring bathing suits to enjoy pool and thermal baths

good facilities including spa, food is good with varied breakfast and evening meal options, small bar and cafe also within the hotel

the dinning room and bar are not as nice as the rest of the hotel.

many thanks to one of the household staff who did our laundry late on a saturday afternoon

it even has a pool which was wonderful after a days

the rooms, building and grounds are all beautiful and the swimming pool was opened for us to use

pool is dirty, sauna not working, restaurant only open for lunch and weekend dinner

room was comfy and quiet and laundry services were available and reasonably priced

the small bar and cafe were convenient

access to massage and treatments not possible unless booked in advance and use of the spa should be included in the room fee for guests

spa was closed on sunday when we stayed, which was a disappointment

and facilities were great it would of been nicer to have the option of unlimited use of spa since we were guests

of the fixtures around the spa bath and sink are not of sufficient quality and are beginning to break down

were really helpful, rooms spacious and very clean with comfy beds

not been able to use the spa facilities as both times i arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning

it had a small gym too which had a running machine, a cross trainer and a bike plus mats etc and free water and

the only difference between this hotel and a 'pension' is the free parking

close to the hospital. parking nearby. hot shower. windows that open.

it has a very small parking on the back of the hotel, but it did the trick

we had difficulty getting to the hotel due to road work and rerouting. and the parking was full.

the reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel provides safe and free parking behind the hotel

liked the property overall, but one thing i didn’t appreciate was that the pool wasn’t open

located is not really pretty and a bit far from ourense, but the hotel itself (and the swimming pool) is quite nice
