ferry landing he dropped us off in town for dinner we woke up the next morning had a marvelous breakfast made by neil and he drove us back to the ferry landing

we stayed in a room that unfortunately was above the kitchen/restaurant and it was very loud until almost midnite: almost a continuous movement of

room was situated next to the utility room but then realized we were right above the restaurant kitchen

allowed for an early check in as we arrived a couple earlier than check in

the grab and go breakfast fell short, but the coffee was great

) wanted a late check out, but was told no immediately even though there were not a lot of people staying

they also offer bagels and coffee bar in the office for a complementary continental breakfast

we asked to see a larger room with kitchen for future visits and he happily showed us our options

we had a full kitchen, with plates, cookware, everything you would need and then some

pool could have been open.

perfect, clean rooms, restaurant on site, bar on site, beach right outside the door

if i would change anything it would veto have 2 bartenders one for the bar & one for the eating crowd

the balcony with oceanview. free coffee station bar and dinner was wonderful.

it s a great place for families with kids because they re open spaces to run and just sit and relax

you have access to their private beach

lack of assigned parking space

parking, grill, picnic table and pool.

road noise by the pool is the only downside

pool was wonderful and clean, enjoyed the pavillions and polished marble picnic tables

wifi was not strong enough

great pool, fire place outside, just a very good feeling all around

have an indoor pool went for my kids to use but it was not heated so useless

manager was extremely nice and very good with the kids she was right on top of getting us extra towels and checking us

couldn’t swim with the kids despite rainy days

with kids should be on first floor so their jumping around in am when trying to sleep doesn’t affect

my kids, husband and i were very impressed and well taken care of
