perfect for a golf break with my son

it was the perfect location for us to go to royal portrush for the british open golf

bar staff were great so was the cleaning staff the two girls were just so nice to talk to

very friendly staff, allowed early check in and extremely pleasant and helpful

girl was very uninviting to me and my two kids , extremely poor social skills

breakfast was fantastic beds all perfect, my pillow was a bit hard but must be just me as kids said theres was fine

exploring the area especially for visiting the giants causeway, we had a brilliant time in the bar at night in the company of the owners

lively fire in the bar and lived that foxy lady and rambo kept an eye on the bar

nice wee homely bar and fire down stairs

location was in easy reach of golf course the causeway and other attractions

was easy to find, clean & really comfy bed, en-suite & carpark, included gluten & dairy free breakfast

charleen even cooked up little extras we had bought to add to the fried breakfast

breakfast was fine

kids thought it was the most pleasant bunk bed experience

i prefer breakfast set out in bain maries, even the queen serves herself at breakfast

at times for example being told it would be quicker to carry your own drinks rather than wait on room service and that they could not help with bookings for the spa

had room service early as we had a wedding later that day

and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her, which gets top marks in my eyes, happy kids happy mummy

as i was staying with my kids ,lack of charge points was an issue but again we had a great stay

could have more of a variety espically for the kids 5 and 11, and a later time to suit the kids enjoying their cosy lie ins

smaller breakfast portion for pensioners or croissant and coffee option would have enticed us to have

lovely and freshly cooked, everything about the ibis was perfect the quietness and privacy, the bar was also nice and had entertainment
