the hotel looked fabulous and parking was straightforward

we also enjoyed walking the adjacent golf course, taking in the scenery, and relaxing in the garden with drinks from the bar

it has its own bar with a beautiful comfortable lounge area

we hadn't booked anywhere, but grabbed a pub meal, and had a couple of drinks in another bar afterwards

wonderful welcome, cosy bar and nice food with a lots of choice. a great winter weekend getaway.

however, when i told our waitress how delighted i was, she disappeared to the kitchen and returned to tell me there were no gf sausages left and the delicious looking sausages

we stayed in room 3 which does not get a good wifi signal.

rooms were lovely and clean and the wifi was excellent
