what, no coffee bar for coffee to go in the morning?!

loved the food and bar tenders, they made me feel welcome that night

sink in bar had dirty finger prints (maybe chocolate) on the faucet handles

it was 1:30 in the afternoon, standard check in at 3pm, requested an early check in when i booked, no refund

the staff was great i called for an early check in and they made sure it happened for me

the fact that the light switch sparked and starting smoking . they acted like i was lying

i love the breakfast you pay 2.00 dollars more per person per night

bedding had burn holes (although non smoking room)

supposed to have continental breakfast

that it was a smoking room.

the hotel had no extra towels, called the front desk and was told all towels are in the laundry

are guest laundry facilities available but they don t sell or have vending for laundry detergent on site

no towels in the pool area.
