the hotel is like being in a dream, perfect ocean view, great bar location next to the pool, the restaurant

the kitchen and fridge were nice to have as we bought snacks and drinks for the room

the breakfast was terrific, even for vegetarians!

in addition, breakfast every morning is included

also there was door with broken glass which is dangerous to have in an environment for kids

impossible to get wifi in room

we were oceanfront and near the bar lounge area so very convenient in terms of location

this was due to no service being offered at the pool and minimal service at beach

breakfast and lunch were served at buffet

food was delicious at the resort and i like how there was a snack bar so if you were hungry between meals you

fraudulently charged my credit card after my departure, claiming i had stolen a beach bag and laundry bag from

next to the hotel running into the beach (not smelly though) no sun on our private terrace the pool is small

the pool is also a great way to spend the day near the beach without getting bitten by those damn sand

the hotel pools are chlorinated; a salt water pool would be much nicer

at the restaurant was really good and you can order full menu and wine by the bottle for your room service

it could improve in some facilities, like laundry service for example.

our rooms were ready and we were so happy with the set up, the ac worked wonderfully and the wifi and tv were

booked a top floor kitchenette unit, which was specifically what i wanted having stayed here before
