walked in and bedding was so wrinkled i couldnt tell if clean or was in the bottom of laundry basket

the self-laundry room was a bonus for travelers on the go

our room was over the laundry room which made it very hot and the air conditioner couldn't keep up

swimming pool door is hard to get into with key.

i did not get to use the kitchen area but this place is spotless

room was huge with a kitchen everything you could possibly need and so comfortable, can t recommend highly

the bar closed early and with that access to the outside garden area.

room service is a nice touch when you are traveling with pets

had a drink at the bar when we arrived and then ate dinner outside on the patio

only improvement i can offer would be grab bars in the shower area

i thought the pet rate at 35 a night was high. but they accommodated us well!

i went down to the laundry and got the laundry supervisor and she came up and looked at our rooms she was

convenient to i-77, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. plenty of parking.

hot tub was out of order & the laundry room was out of order which we were counting on having to wash uniforms

advertised pool it's closed down there laundry was closed and i couldn't get into my room without them letting

the gym, laundry room, pool, hot tub, outdoor living and cooking, back view are wonderful

room was smelled like cigarettes & second room they showed us smelled like dirty laundry
