my partner and i were on a short visit we had a lovely stay, the room service was fantastic and very

having to walk across parking area to restaurant in the rain.

nice hotel and rooms, ample parking, excellent breakfast, kind staff, especially the breakfast staff

the breakfast in the morning was delicious

had some trouble with the heating but got it sorted easily enough. think it was a wifi issue.

bar attached with pool table which my partner and our friend enjoyed

never used the restaurant as i opted for a bar meal but the quality of the food was outstanding

breakfast could do with offering yogurts with fresh fruit and granola for those who don't like

helpful and friendly staff, easy parking, two bars, and the restaurant served an excellent sunday carvery with

poor room with a view over the laundry.

of housekeeping being done when we did manage to go to our room which meant moving through dirty laundry and

lockers had electronic locks that simply didn t work, and while the women s change room has a laundry spinner

it was a great location to walk around and there was free parking near which was super helpful

the staff looking after us for breakfast could not comply with a lot of our minor requests

the room was amazing, the spa was excelent, the setting of the hotel is so peaceful

the lack of laundry facilities

woken up at 7 o'clock on sunday morning by staff pushing laundry carts across the car

we'd been on holidays at that point for 9 days and we had laundry that needed to be done, but we were told that

also we were woken up both nights at 2am and 6-7am by staff in the courtyard moving laundry and empty bottles

they have only one restaurant. laundry is expensive.
