laundry room not clean, bathroom was clean but has outdated tub and surrounding

bathroom grab bars were rusty, previous guests laundry still in bathroom

we loved this hotel, the kids played in the pool and we have a nice rest of our weekend here.

breakfast in the morning was hot and plentiful, a great stay on the way home

everything was great, parking was a little inconvienent

and too much noise from the kids playing outside the room door at night time

the facility was not as clean as it should have been and the wifi was terrible.

to check it out well the pool was small and i looked at the hot tub it was filled with little kids

room had a funny smell near the kitchen area so we had to get some strong spray to cover it

breakfast served was probably the best i've ever had for a hotel stay on i-95 corridor

easy to get to off highway- pet friendly

the breakfast in the morning was excellent with the chef greeting people made it feel like a home

suite even though it was too expensive and the dog fee was too high and the temperature in the pool wasn't warm

i was told by management of this hotel that pets were allowed above the second floor

but the whirlpool spa part of the swimming pool didn't work so we were disappointed with that

music in the bar in the evening provided by very talented duo - an unexpected extra

kids were very excited for the indoor pool

the pool was tiny. the water pressure in the shower was horrible.

there was about eight to nine kids in the tiny pool and the adult with them was highly entertained talking on

my room wasn t ready. me and my kids had to wait an hour for it to be ready

if you are pet friendly hotel you should have the pet stations with plastic bags isn t it

was no plastic bag for dirty laundry, but that's not a huge deal

we were there for a sports tournament and forgot spare uniform- laundry facilities were a bonus

the pool was bubbly & they had to be notified that it was broken from guests, the wifi we never got to use

the beds were perfect, pillows were so nice they had ice machines on every floor and the pool was clean

lobby had nice little bar if you wanted a beverage as well as a coffee and pastry section open all day

very noisy, other guest where slamming doors and yelling in the hallways, i was put next to the laundry room

only 1 tv in the room and no access to guest laundry services

room wasn't the cleanest but the lady at the front had someone from laundry come to tidy it up

no ice in ice machine. no quarters at front desk for laundry.

it is nothing to brag about,the free breakfast was nothing to speak of,coffee was burnt tasting and looks as if

that it had breakfast and a sitting room in the lobby and offered al laundry that was a plus!

have trouble with finding a dependable vendor for appliance repair for the dryer in the laundry and the ice

and helpfulness of staff, desk clerks and cleanup crews; wifi, coffee, and breakfast, and parking

small, tight parking lot. had to tske up several parking spots for my vehicle and trailer.

too confusing getting in the parking lot. toilet moved when i sat down!
